The company is headed up by Peter Tuohy, Gerard O’Toole and Joanne Tuohy, all experts in their own fields and vastly experienced in property matters in this region.

Peter Tuohy is one of the most respected and experienced practitioners in the west of Ireland With over 25 years in the business, having worked initially in James Adam & Sons in Dublin city and Dermot McMahon in Ennis, prior to returning to the family firm over 20 years ago He has been to the forefront of the industry in the west of Ireland for the past 2 decades and offers a wealth of experience in commercial property, development land as well as valuation and in particular, compulsory purchase. He is regularly called upon to act as an Expert Witness and as an Arbitrator.

Gerard brings 15 years experience in the industry with a broad knowledge and understanding of the property markets. He most recently ran Sherry Fitzgerald O'Toole office in Castlebar for 5 years.He was formerly with DTZ in London and more recently at DTZ Sherry FitzGreald in Dublin and Galway where he was engaged in both agency and professional services.Prior to that he worked in residential development and project management in the UK and US. He has a particular expertise in the retail sector and commercial agency.

Joanne has been in the property sector for in excess of 10 years Having helped to run and develop the business of Tuohy & Co., she has gained great experience in the residential sector and has also been involved in the marketing of numerous new home developments over the years.Prior to joining them, she was Sales Administrator in a large multi-national firm for almost 10 years.
Stephen Gregory :BSc(Hons) Est Man MIAVI, Senior Valuer.

Stephen is one of the most experienced Valuers in practice in the west of Ireland and specialises in this area.He has over 20 years experience and has been in the Valuation department of Tuohy & Co. over 9 years.Prior to that, he spent 10 years in commercial valuation and management, most of which was with Lambert Smith Hampton in Birmingham.He provides advice to a diversity of clients including, banks, limited companies, government bodies, semi-state bodies and local Authorities.
Majella Cafferkey: Office manager.

Majella is a senior company administrator and has been with Tuohy & Co. for 10 years.She ensures the efficient running of the office and she is also responsible for all land and grazing lettings carried out by the firm. In addition, she is responsible for the smooth running of the business on a day to day basis.
Eithne Foy: Administration.
Eithne has been an administrator with Tuohy & Co. for over 4 years.Previously, she has worked with Ryanair as telesales reservation representative and as a franchise sales agent for a major financial institution.
