BUILDING ENERGY RATIN (BER) - NEW & EXOSTING DWELLINGS
Buildings accounts for 50% of energy related CO2 emissions and in any efforts to improve this a new European wide imitative has been extended. Since the 1st January 2009, all houses being sold in Ireland must now have a Building Energy Rating Cert. This is effectively a formal notice of the properties energy efficiency.
ACS are qualified assessors registered with Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) and we can now extend this service to clients. We hold full Professional Indemnity Insurance for all our business activities.
