THE IRISH ECONOMY "TO GROW IN 2010"
Stock brokers Davys in there lestest research report on the ste of the Irish economy published this morning, suggests that the Irish economy could grow modestly in 2010 by 0.5% and return to 4% growth by 2011. However, unemployment is likely to lack this hgrowth by 6-9 months and will peak at abaout 14% inthe third quater of 2010. The drivers behind the projected growth are frimer global demand, better credit conditions, gradual falling household savings and business investment.
