Tuohy O’Toole announce first ever Mayo Property Price Survey – Friday 11th 2009 Tuohy O’Toole in cojunction with a number of other leading practises of County Mayo based Auctioneers have today laucnhed the first ever property price survey conducted in County Mayo. This survey which covers a number of different market sectors and locations is the first ever attempt to survey property prices in Mayo by those that are at the coal face of the property indutrsy locally.

 

Gerard O’Toole comments that “property prices are frequently discussed but rarely have we seen an accurate impartial picture of the property prices. It is obviuos that prices have fallen substantially over the last two or more years, but there is still alot of confusing and frequently inaccurate information out there. This makes it very hard for both buyers and sellers to get a true picture of the market. Whilst this report does not claim to be anything other than opinions based of sales prices within the local market, it should help these clarify the picture”.
