NO RECOVERY UNTIL 2011
In its annual report of 2008, the Central Bank have stated that in their opinion there is unlikely to be a marked improvement in the Irish Economy until 2011. They also state that the Irish Economy is likely to contract 8.3% this year moderating to 3% next year.
