Gerard O’Toole recently undertook some research into the Mayo Housing Market of 2021, focusing on Westport, Castlebar, Claremorris and Ballina in particular.

He looked back over the past 12 months in both Residential Property and New Build sales.

Gerard presented it to Mayo County Council , he looked at the various schemes available to a person wishing to purchase their first property and the market outlook going forward and the challenges people now face to purchase a property.
